A TalentDock powered job board is a job board made easy: ease of use allows talent to find jobs faster, and employers to get the people that matter.
As an important piece of the Workforce Integration Network, TalentDock is supposed to embody the corporate values of a company whose sole mission is to create the perfect labour market by eliminating information inefficiencies. To us, that meant finding ways to make it easy to find jobs, a process that millions of University and College Graduates (the primary market) are daunted by each year.
So as a start to our ongoing role as the leading technology and branding partner for TalentDock, we helped deploy a job board that started with months researching into how people use the internet to find jobs and how it can be improved. We conducted usability studies, watching students as they browsed millions of posts each month, and paid close attention to what they do and don't like about the systems they use today.
Several prototypes later, we've helped TalentDock go live in June of 2007, and as we help continually improve the system and the experience for job seekers at large, the response is unanamous: TalentDock rocks.
